Food/drink intake

Washed face with vanicream soap, put on vanicream moisturizer and sunscreen.

My face is a little red because it was hot and humid in the house.

Breakfast: granola, cheerios, apples, Greek yoghurt, flaxseed, milk -all in one bowl.

Went to yoga.

2nd breakfast: cappuccino, sourdough toast with raspberry jam.

Lunch: fried rice, handful of brown rice chips.

tea, gluten free cookies

dinner: spaghetti bolognese, slice of pavlova.

I have been trying to finish the desserts from last weekend so my face has remained the same all week -still have my new pimples. I need to stop eating the sugary desserts. I have been diligent in drinking water throughout the day.
