Food/drink intake

I woke up and my face is still pimply but not overly red.

Breakfast: blueberry pancakes, cut up Asian pear.

Went to yoga.

2nd breakfast: sourdough toast with almond butter, cappuccino.

It is humid and hot out so my face is red. Sun/humid weather is a huge trigger.

Lunch: biryani rice with dumplings.

snack: brown rice chips.

Dinner: baked red snapper, potatoes and broccoli.

dessert: sliver of pavlova and napolean.

My face is breaking out with the dessert that I have been eating.
