food/drink intake

Washed my face with the shampoo, put on moisturizer and sunscreen.

Breakfast: granola, cheerios, Greek yoghurt, flaxseed, blueberries, 2% milk -all mixed in the one bowl.

Coffee, pound cake.

Lunch: vegetarian biryani, chicken dumplings.

Apple cider donut, nuts and cut up apple.

I had to plant some annuals and my face is red from the hot sun outside!!! Uggh!

Dinner: spaghetti bolognese, Asian pear.
Handful of kettle corn.

Washed face with shampoo, and put on moisturizer.
