My face is still pimply but less redder than yesterday.
Breakfast: seeded toast with grape jelly, cappuccino.
Went out to an errand and it is humid out there so my face is red.
Lunch: fried rice, handful of brown rice snacks.
Dinner: calamari, clam sandwich, blueberry peach cobbler, strawberry shortcake.
My face is still less red tonight.
