food/drink intake

Breakfast: cappuccino, Seeded toast with grape jelly.

Lunch: meatballs on a roll.

Dinner; Spaghetti bolognese.

My face is slightly red probably from the tomatoes.

Cup of tea, gluten free cookies, handful of sour cream/chives potato chips.

I had my hair cut and colored so I flared up from the heat and the chemicals.

It hasn't changed from yesterday.
