Food/Drink Intake

Wednesday June 30th, 2010

Breakfast: cappuccino, toast with raspberry jelly.

Lunch: spaghetti with proscuitto and lettuce.

Dinner: Spanish rice, roast chicken, cauliflower, brussel sprouts.


Tuesday June 29th, 2010

Breakfast: whole wheat toast with almond butter, cappuccino.

Lunch: egg noodles with chicken and red pepper.

snack: sponge cake.

Dinner: egg noodles with chicken and red pepper
Decaf coffee, biscotti, mini donuts, cake.
