Tuesday:
breakfast: waffles, toast with grape jelly, cappucino
lunch: pasta wtih leftover lobster sauce
dinner: kimchi soup, apples.
Wednesday:
My face is very red and pimply.
breakfast: granola, cheerios, apples, yoghurt, flaxseeds.
lunch: noodles with chicken and vegie.
Dinner: braised short ribs, scallops potatoes, green beans, bites of deep fried bananas, apple tartin and creme brulee, decaf coffee
