food/drink intake

Breakfast: sourdough whole wheat toast with almond butter, cappuccino.

Lunch: chicken salad, whole wheat bread, hummus, coffee

Dinner: crockpot spareribs, rice and collard greens.

handful of garden salsa sunchips.

My pimples are still on my face. My face is red from the humidity.
