I feel that my face is clearing up of some of the pimples! it is definitely looking less red.
Breakfast: blueberry waffles, cappuccino.
Lunch: egg salad, tuna salad, whole wheat bread, salad, brownie, coffee
snack: almonds
Dinner: baked Tandoori chicken, roasted potatoes and brussel sprouts. Nectarine/apples.
I have been good about drinking lots of water during the day and with meals and I haven't snacked at night in 2 days.
Thursday
Breakfast: whole wheat toast with almond butter, cappuccino, Asian pear.
Lunch: potato and leek soup, focaccia bread.
Dinner: pasta with shrimp, prosciutto and spinach, ricotta cheesecake, decaf coffee
