Washed face with Head and Shoulders shampoo, put on topical cream and sunscreen.
Breakfast; plain croissant, and chocolate croissant, peach, blueberries, cappuccino.
Lunch: leftover meatloaf sandwich.
Dinner: oysters, yellowtail tacos, pork ribs, key lime pie, banana cream pie, decaf coffee.
My face is less red today because I have not eaten any of the triggers except for a little chocolate this morning.
