Food/drink intake

Washing face with head and shoulders shampoo, put on topical cream and sunscreen.

Breakfast: apples, cherries, bacon and egg on sourdough toast, cappuccino.

Lunch: broccoli soup, naan bread

snack: sesame snacks, handful of nuts.

Dinner: steak, grilled vegies -mushrooms, corn, peppers, potato and green bean pesto salad.

Mango icecream bar.
