Food/drink intake

I need to eat more raw fruit and vegies and be strict about avoiding the rosacea trigger foods.

Breakfast: peaches, seeded toast with grape jelly, cappuccino.

lunch: vegie burger on white roll toast

snack: nuts, sesame seed snack

Dinner: tuna tartare, fois gras, white peach sorbet, creme brulee, decaf coffee
