Food/drink intake

I need to get back on track and avoid the trigger foods again.

I washed my face with Vanicream soap and put on moisturizer and sunscreen.

I did eat a little toast with nutella but decided that I couldn't finish it.

Breakfast: sunflower seed toast with almond butter, cappuccino.

lunch: chicken dumplings, vegie biryani

dinner: turkey ziti, salad, oatmeal raisin cookie.

Snack: kettle corn.

My entire face has all new pimples -even on my forehead and chin -ughh!
