Washed my face with Head and Shoulders shampoo, moisturizer and sunscreen.
Breakfast: egg and bacon on sourdough whole wheat toast, cappuccino, Fuji apples.
Lunch: rice noodles with Thai basil and beef.
It is a disgustingly hot and humid day -my face is still red.
Snack: handful of salsa sunchips, sesame snack.
Dinner: leftover rice noodles with beef.
