Food/Drink Intake

Breakfast: granola, blueberries, flaxseed, Greek yoghurt, milk. Whole wheat toast with almond butter. Cappuccino

Lunch:chicken dumplings, vegie biryani

Snack: almonds

Dinner: leftover pork ribs, rice and zucchini

Snack: sun chips.
