Food/drink intake

Sunday breakfast: pancakes with blueberries, bananas and mozzerella cheese.

lunch: leftover pasta with lamb ragu.

Dinner: shepherds pie, cheesecake.

I snacked on salsa sun chips.

My face is still red.

Monday breakfast:

whole wheat sourdough toast with grape jelly, cappuccino.

Lunch: biryani rice, chicken dumplings
Banana

Dinner: broccoli potato soup, scallion pancakes.

I snacked on sweet potato chips.

I need to stop snacking at night because it is not improving my face at all!

I washed my face with Head and Shoulders shampoo and put on moisturizer.

My face has not changed in days! I still have pimples from last week. I need to take a current photo.
