Lunch: spaghetti with proscuitto and lettuce.

Dinner: Spanish rice, roast chicken, cauliflower, brussel sprouts.

Breakfast: whole wheat toast with almond butter, cappuccino.

Lunch: egg noodles with chicken and red pepper.

snack: sponge cake.

My face still has pimples but it isn't that red.

Saturday June 26th, 2010

Washed face with Head and shoulders shampoo, put on topical cream and sunscreen.

Breakfast:

Nectarine, Sourdough toast with egg and bacon, cappuccino.

Lunch: fried rice, blueberry buttermilk cake, blueberries.

Dinner: fried rice.

Nacho cheese chips, licorice.

Washed face with Head and shoulders shampoo, put on topical cream and sunscreen.

Breakfast: toast with almond butter, cappucino.

Lunch: mushroom and anchovy pizza, caesar salad, cookies, decaf coffee.

Dinner: fried rice.

Monday June 27th, 2010

Breakfast: granola, cheerios, Greek yoghurt, blueberries. flaxseed, milk. toast with raspberry jelly, cappucino.

Lunch: soba noodles with zucchini and seaweed and chicken.

Snack; tea, blueberry cake.

Dinner: pasta with lettuce, peas and proscuitto, fresh homemade bread.

I feel that my face is clearing up of some of the pimples! it is definitely looking less red.

Breakfast: blueberry waffles, cappuccino.

Lunch: egg salad, tuna salad, whole wheat bread, salad, brownie, coffee

snack: almonds

Dinner: baked Tandoori chicken, roasted potatoes and brussel sprouts. Nectarine/apples.

I have been good about drinking lots of water during the day and with meals and I haven't snacked at night in 2 days.

Thursday

Breakfast: whole wheat toast with almond butter, cappuccino, Asian pear.

Lunch: potato and leek soup, focaccia bread.

Dinner: pasta with shrimp, prosciutto and spinach, ricotta cheesecake, decaf coffee

Breakfast; plain croissant, and chocolate croissant, peach, blueberries, cappuccino.

Lunch: leftover meatloaf sandwich.

Dinner: oysters, yellowtail tacos, pork ribs, key lime pie, banana cream pie, decaf coffee.

My face is less red today because I have not eaten any of the triggers except for a little chocolate this morning.

We were out for the afternoon in a playground so my face is red from being outside although I was in the shade but the heat made me hot and red faced.

My skin is breaking out in pimples!!! But it looks less red overall -I think.

I need to stop snacking at night because it is not improving my face at all!

It is a disgustingly hot and humid day -my face is still red.

I need to get back on track and avoid the trigger foods again.

I washed my face with Vanicream soap and put on moisturizer and sunscreen.

I did eat a little toast with nutella but decided that I couldn't finish it.

Breakfast: sunflower seed toast with almond butter, cappuccino.

lunch: chicken dumplings, vegie biryani

dinner: turkey ziti, salad, oatmeal raisin cookie.

Snack: kettle corn.

My entire face has all new pimples -even on my forehead and chin -ughh!

I decided that since it was a 3 day weekend and we were going away -I wasn't going to avoid any of the trigger foods.


Saturday: bacon and egg sandwich, coffee, blueberry muffin

Lunch: pastrami on a ciabatta roll.

snack: chocolate croissant, coffee -my face flared up due to the chocolate.

Dinner: mussels, lobster, pasta, chocolate nibs.

I cleaned my face and put on the topical cream.

My face was red from all the "bad" foods I ate.

Sunday: croissant, custard croissant, coffee

Lunch: pastrami on sunflower seeded bread.

Dinner: steak, potatoes, grilled vegies.

Monday: buttermilk waffles, coffee, corn muffin

Lunch: ham and cheese on sunflower seed.
