Food/Drink Intake

Washed face with vanicream soap, put on topical gel, sunscreen. My skin is definitely less pimply but still red. I feel it is looking better.

Breakfast: bacon and egg sandwich, cappuccino, pear/nectarine.

Lunch: meatballs, red potatoes.

Dinner: steak sandwich, coleslaw, lentil salad. zucchini salad.

Dessert: apple tart.

snack: handful of cheese nachos

Breakfast: cappucino, toast with almond butter

Lunch: noodles with dumplings, and lettuce

Dinner; salmon nicoise, apples

snack: mango bar

Breakfast:

toast with jelly, cappuccino

lunch: biryani rice, chicken dumplings, banana

snack: nuts

Dinner: butternut squash risotto with prosciutto
