Food/Drink Intake

I have been drinking tons of water and eating lots of fruit so my skin is looking good. A lot of my pimples have gone.

Breakfast:

Toast with jelly, cappucino

Lunch:

chicken sandwiches, pasta salad, chocolate squares, coffee

snack: nuts

Dinner:

chicken marsala, roasted kale, spaghetti with tomato sauce.

snack: mango bar

Breakfast: seeded toast with almond butter, cappuccino

lunch: leftover seafood pasta

dinner: salmon nicoise, naan bread

snack: pear/berry cobbler
