Food/Drink Intake

Monday July 5th, 2010

Breakfast: crossiant, custard croissant, coffee

Lunch: lamb burger, water melon

Dinner: pasta with seafood, potato pancake, decaf coffee

snack: kettle corn.

Sunday: cereal with fruit, toast with marmalade, coffee, blueberry muffin

Lunch: sunflower seeded bread with roast chicken and tomato.

snack: icecream sandwich.

Dinner: lamb burger, Asian pork burger, grilled pepper and broccoli, corn.

Dessert: raspberry and peach pie.

Saturday July 3rd, 2010

Breakfast: bacon and egg sandwich, apples, coffee

Lunch: roast chicken sandwich, chips.

Dinner: T-bone steak, salad, roasted potatoes.

Dessert: pear and berry crisp with vanilla icecream.

Friday July 2nd, 2010

Breakfast, coffee, dinner roll, cheese danish.

Lunch: roast chicken sandwich

Dinner: baked cod fish, salted fish with pork belly, Chinese vegetables.
